Community Builder: front end editor hackhot!

Hack based on CB 1.0.1 with two new options:

1. Allow certain user IDs to be "front end profile editors" -- even if they don't have backend access or any special ACL. You input the user IDs in the administrator control panel and then profile views reveal a "Edit this profile" link at the bottom.

2. Allows the option of "Allow profile links only to registered users" so unregistered users cannot even click the profile list to get a "you are not authorized" message.

Community Builder - No profile details for unregistered usershot!

This hack edits three files in the default CB package to allow for lists to be displayed to non-registered (or non-logged in) users without the option to click for more information. For example, this prevents the "You are not authorized" message for non-registered users who click on a profile. It can also allow you to display some basic information in the List format without worrying that all the profile information will be visible to random visitors (but once they log in, they will be able to click for that additional information).

Based on CB 1.0 (Not 1.0.1!) A different document incorporates this function into an additional hack for 1.0.1 with front end profile editing capabilities for designated admins--click here for the alternate 1.0.1 file .
